14. Refund Policy

14.1. At Game Insider, we are committed to delivering a high-quality learning experience through our digital programs, mentor sessions, and community-based ecosystem. Since our courses include instant access to proprietary content, community channels, and live expert sessions, our refund policy ensures fairness while preventing misuse.

14.2. Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
(a) Duplicate Payment: If a student has accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same program, a 100% refund of the duplicate amount will be issued after verification.
(b) Technical Payment Error: If a payment is deducted but enrollment access isn’t activated, a full refund will be processed upon confirmation from the payment gateway.
(c) Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases such as medical emergencies or serious personal events, students may apply for a partial refund or deferral. These cases are reviewed individually and require valid documentation.

14.3. Non-Refundable Situations:
Due to the digital nature of our programs, refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
(a) Once course access or login credentials have been provided.
(b) After attending any live mentor session or downloading course resources.
(c) If the student has joined the Discord community or interacted with mentors.
(d) If dissatisfaction arises from subjective reasons such as teaching style, course difficulty, or change of interest.
(e) If the student fails to attend sessions or complete the course after enrollment.
Once access is granted to any part of the course content, the purchase is deemed final and non-refundable.

14.4. Review Period (Pre-Access Assurance):
To help students make informed decisions, Game Insider provides detailed course outlines, mentor information, and previews on the website.
Prospective learners are encouraged to attend free webinars, explore sample lessons, or speak with our admissions counselors before enrolling.
Once a student confirms enrollment and access is activated, the purchase is final. This ensures transparency before payment and eliminates the need for post-access refunds.

14.5. Deferral & Course Transfer Policy:
(a) Students may defer to a later cohort once, within six (6) months of their original enrollment date.
(b) A deferral request must be made at least seven (7) days before the current cohort’s start date.
(c) If the future cohort fee is higher, the student must pay the difference before rejoining.
(d) Alternatively, a student may request a course transfer to another Game Insider program of equal or lesser value, subject to approval.

14.6. Refund Request Process:

Initiating a chargeback after accessing Game Insider content constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service. Such cases will be reported to the payment gateway, and the student’s account may be permanently suspended.
